Structuring Allianz’s DORA compliance project

Allianz, a world leader in insurance, has chosen Ignimission’s Regulatory Compliance Application to structure and manage its DORA compliance. The main objective is to optimize the management of ICT risks, incidents and operational resilience tests across its multiple entities.

The Ignimission platform was selected for its ability to centralize data, automate assessment processes and provide real-time visibility of compliance status. It enables Allianz to effectively coordinate its compliance efforts, improve record-keeping and ongoing monitoring, and prepare rapid responses to regulators’ requests.

Ignimission’s Build & Run approach, combined with its flexibility to adapt to Allianz’s specific needs, was a key factor in this choice. The solution aims to transform DORA compliance challenges into opportunities to strengthen Allianz’s digital operational resilience, while ensuring effective management of third-party suppliers and continuous improvement of security processes.

Managing the allocation of European funds for the Île-de-France region

The Île-de-France region has implemented Ignimission Platform to manage funds allocated by the European Union. This solution has enabled the region to centralize the management of EU-funded projects, particularly in the fields of research and ecology. Thanks to the application, the region was able to efficiently plan the consumption of budget envelopes by European priority, and automate the process of allocating funds to projects.

The implementation has led to a significant reduction in the time spent entering and calculating budget data. The region now benefits from precise, adjustable forecasting schedules, as well as exact correspondence between European priorities and the M57 budget nomenclature. This optimization of budget management has not only improved compliance with European requirements, but also enhanced the transparency and traceability of funding allocations.

Regulatory compliance for Crédit Agricole

Ignimission Platform was deployed to manage Crédit Agricole’s regulatory compliance, replacing an aging system with an agile and efficient solution. The application enables regulatory data to be collected, centralized and managed in a secure and collaborative manner. Following implementation, Crédit Agricole saw a drastic reduction in the time spent on the collection phase, from 70% to 25% of the total process. Optimization of the PAM project for VINCI Energies

VINCI Energies a déployé Ignimission Protec pour optimiser la gouvernance de sa solution PAM CyberArk, lancée en 2015 pour sécuriser les accès privilégiés de ses 84 000 collaborateurs répartis dans 55 pays. Face à la complexité de gérer 75 000 comptes à privilèges sur un large périmètre technique, Ignimission Protec a permis de simplifier drastiquement les processus. L’interface intuitive a facilité l’adoption par les utilisateurs, réduisant les erreurs de saisie et accélérant l’embarquement des comptes. Le temps d’intégration d’un compte dans CyberArk est ainsi passé de plusieurs heures à seulement 5 minutes.
