Privacy policy

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (no. 78-17) of January 6, 1978, as amended (hereinafter “the Act”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “the Regulation”), Ignimission is “responsible for the processing” of data collected on its behalf on www.ignimission.com (hereinafter “the Site”) or during its approaches for commercial or informational purposes.

In this capacity, Ignimission undertakes to comply with the rules and obligations set forth in the aforementioned Law and Regulations.

1. PURPOSES AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

The User of the Site is hereby informed that the information communicated to Ignimission is always strictly necessary for the services offered on the Site and is intended solely for the Ignimission department(s) or employee(s) in charge of said services.

Ignimission may use the data transmitted on the Site for commercial prospecting purposes, provided that the person concerned is strictly identified as a professional and that the latter has not expressly expressed his or her opposition to such processing.

The data processing methods used by Ignimission on the Site are as follows:

  • The provision of a contact form for the supply of a response tailored to the needs of persons calling on this service. Any data collected prior to the ratification of a commercial contract with Ignimission will be processed on the basis of the consent of the person concerned.
  • Subscription to the newsletter and to the prospecting database for commercial solicitation purposes. This processing is carried out on the basis of Ignimission’s legitimate interests and in accordance with the prospecting rules governing B2B activities (including opt-out).
  • Provision of an online application form for recruitment management purposes. Any data collected prior to the ratification of an employment contract with Ignimission will be processed on the basis of the consent of the person concerned.
  • The integration of cookies facilitating the User’s navigation and enabling certain essential or accessory functions of the Site. The Cookie policy is defined in [section 5] of the present privacy policy. It can be configured at any time by means of a script integrated into the footer of the Site page, enabling the User’s consent to be managed.

The personal data processed on the Site are the surname, first name, personal (recruitment) or professional (contact) e-mail address, postal address, personal (recruitment) or professional (contact) telephone number, company (contact), data relating to the professional life (recruitment) and browsing data (such as IP address, browser used, pages consulted) of the person concerned. Ignimission cannot anticipate any other data that may appear in the free fields of the forms made available to the User. Nevertheless, such data will be subject to the same protection as the data requested or required on the Site.
The categories of persons concerned are all individuals wishing to :

  • Benefit from Ignimission’s professional information and services;
  • Join the Ignimission team.

The length of data retention varies according to the purposes for which it is to be used:

  • In the case of the contact form, the data transmitted will be kept for three (3) years from the date of collection.
  • As regards the online application form, the data will be kept according to the outcome of the application:
  • In the event of “hiring”, your data will be retained in accordance with the terms of your employment contract.
  • In the event of an “unsuccessful application”, your data will be kept for two (2) years from the date of application.
  • In the event of an “unsuccessful application”, your data will be deleted immediately, with no retention period.
  • In the case of newsletter/commercial prospecting subscriptions, the e-mail address will be kept for three (3) years, renewable by simple agreement, except in the case of early unsubscription.
  • In the case of cookies, they will be automatically deleted after one (1) year, except in the event of a request for early deletion.

2. RIGHTS OF PERSONS CONCERNED

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter III “Rights of the data subject” of the Regulations, the user has a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of information concerning him or her, which may be exercised by contacting :

The message must contain the subject line “Exercise my right” and a copy of proof of identity of the person concerned.
In accordance with the provisions of the same chapter, users may also object to their data being processed. Outside the contractual framework, consent to data processing may be withdrawn at any time by the person concerned. These rights may also be exercised via the above-mentioned e-mail address, in accordance with the same requirements.
Ignimission also informs Site Users that they have the right to lodge a complaint if, in the course of data processing, they consider themselves to have been wronged by said processing. We encourage you to consult the CNIL website for more information on this subject.

3. SECURITY

Ignimission undertakes to implement all organizational and technical measures to ensure the physical and logical security of personal data, and to maintain such measures until such data is deleted. It also undertakes to notify Users and the competent supervisory authority of any personal data breach within forty-eight (48) working hours of the discovery of such a breach.
These rules are also applied by Ignimission’s Subcontractors, who have contractually agreed to do so with Ignimission.

4. COOKIES

Some information is collected by means of cookies (small text files placed on the visitor’s hard drive that store information about them and can be consulted by this site).
On its site, Ignimission mainly uses analytics cookies from Matomo. The sole purpose of these cookies is to measure and study the Site’s audience.
The Ignimission website also uses the RB2B software to collect anonymized data on users located in the United States, in compliance with applicable regulations.

Ignimission informs the User that he/she may refuse the recording of cookies by adjusting the parameters of the script at the bottom of the www.ignimission.com Site page. Only cookies that are mandatory for the proper functioning of the site cannot be opposed by the User. If the User of the Site refuses the so-called “functional” cookies, he acknowledges that some functions and features of the site may not function properly.

In addition, Ignimission informs the User that if, in general, he or she wishes to oppose the collection of cookies, he or she may do so by configuring his or her browser.
