Ignimission Protec 4.3: a new interface and stronger CyberArk integration

A modernized interface, an updated visual identity, and new capabilities designed in collaboration with our customers through our Design Partner program.

The latest version of Ignimission Protec 4.3 has been available since September 30, 2025. This release introduces a redesigned interface and deeper integration with CyberArk, while adding new automation features.

These improvements stem directly from feedback provided by our customers, who play an active role in shaping our roadmap and influencing product evolution. The goal: to make Privileged Access Management smoother, clearer, and more automated, while strengthening the solid foundations of Ignimission Protec.

Modern interface and new visual identity

Version 4.3 brings a completely redesigned user interface, paired with a refreshed visual identity to improve readability, visual consistency, and information hierarchy.

Key enhancements include:

• A restructured navigation menu and global search function,
• Centralized filters and custom views that can be saved for quicker access to relevant data,
• Interactive guides integrated directly into the platform, providing contextual help,
• An enhanced reporting module with one-click PDF export for easier sharing.

This focus on UI and UX provides a more intuitive experience, faster adoption, and clearer insights, while giving Ignimission Protec a more modern and cohesive look.

 

Onboarding: extended automation and real-time visibility

New in Ignimission Protec 4.3:

• Enhanced integration with CyberArk Identity and the Audit Log API
• More frequent data synchronization (every 5 to 10 minutes)
• Support for new object types such as roles, identities, members, and administrative rights
• New activity reports to track account usage and password rotation
• Near real-time visibility across PAM environments

Beyond these updates, Ignimission Protec continues to deliver a proven On/Off-boarding automation module, designed to simplify account provisioning and deprovisioning in CyberArk. Teams can manage all workflows through Boarding Orders, a centralized orchestration mechanism that automates onboarding and offboarding requests. A self-service portal enables business users to initiate their own requests, while administrators maintain real-time visibility over progress and potential risks.

The secure multi-tenant architecture of Ignimission Protec ensures data isolation and provides the flexibility required to manage multiple CyberArk environments efficiently.

Remediation: greater control and flexibility

The Remediation module also evolves in Ignimission Protec 4.3, with several improvements that enhance control and simplify issue resolution:

• Creation of advanced remediation scopes directly in the interface
• Support for new object types such as safe members and group members
• Execution of corrective actions without backend intervention
• Improved visibility into processing statuses and error tracking

Beyond these enhancements, remediation remains one of the cornerstones of Ignimission Protec. The module identifies, categorizes, and automatically corrects compliance deviations across CyberArk environments. It detects anomalies such as CPM errors or inactive and misassigned accounts, and performs corrective actions including adding, removing, or updating accounts.

All operations are logged and auditable, ensuring full traceability and a significant reduction in manual effort. These capabilities support continuous compliance and strengthen privileged access governance.

Supervision, Performance, and Compliance

Version 4.3 also introduces the new Hypervision module. This comprehensive dashboard provides complete visibility into the application’s technical and functional events and enables organizations to:

• Create custom alerts for specific events or users
• Integrate monitoring data with existing supervision tools through API
• Detect and resolve potential issues before they affect operations

To meet compliance and data protection requirements, Ignimission Protec 4.3 includes configurable data retention settings for three types of data: technical data, CyberArk logs, and Protec functional data.

This flexibility allows organizations to align retention policies with both internal rules and regulatory requirements.
